The eSESH services are aiming at 15 % overall energy savings and fixed-time demand reduction with the consequent benefit of lowering contracted power in the future.
The core part of the service is a central motor valve which interrupts the heating supply of the dwelling completely if it is closed. This motor valve is connected to a controller which closes the motor valve automatically, if the desired indoor temperature is reached.
KEY FACTS
Energy Awareness Service
Energy Management Service
Devices/Media
WEB Portal
Parameters shown
Temperature
Periods data is visualised
Daily, hourly, 5-min.
Benchmarking opportunities/comparisons
average temperature of all dwellings in the same building
Units
°C
Alerts
In case of very high energy consumption and very high room temperatures alerts are created.
Report by email
Monthly reports summarising the heat production.
Other features:
If average indoor temperature of dwellings is above a threshold, heating is automatically shut down – if it is above a threshold it is active automatically.
