The consortia of 3e-HOUSES, E3SOHO and eSESH (all co-funded by the European Commission within the ICT Policy Support Programme, Objective 4.1 – “ICT for energy efficiency in social housing”) were asked to work on the development of a methodology for energy saving measurement in residential buildings.

The 1st version of this document has been completed by 3e-HOUSES in September 2010 - download.
